SunCityGolf Apartment

This studio apartment is located in the Green Park apartment complex in the south of Tenerife, in Golf del Sur. It is situated two streets from the ocean beach with a beautiful view from the balcony of the peak of Teide and the 3 pools in the complex.

The building has a free private parking lot for convenient parking. This is an asset since while parking is free on the island, this normally also makes finding parking spot very difficult.

Out of the 3 swimming pools in the complex, one is specifically for small children.

The apartment located on the fourth floor was completely renovated in April, which means that a completely new apartment awaits guests both in terms of equipment and design of a modern, minimal style. The apartment is comfortable for a maximum of 4 people since it has a double bed and a pull-out sofa as well. It has all the important amenities: a bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, washing machine, iron, ironing board, microwave with a grill function, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, refrigerator, Smart TV, ceramic stove, coffee capsules, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand wash, mop, and various spices. Its layour is the same as our TurquoiseGolf apartment, but with a drastically different style.

In the complex there is a small grocery store, two bars above the pools, and a beach bar next to the pool where small tapas plates and chilled drinks are served while by the pool. There are many conveniences nearby: shops, bars, restaurants, cafes, golf course, and the harbour within a few minutes' walk. There are also two oceanside promenades a few minutes' walk away, one of which leads to the harbour and the other to the small fishing village of Los Abrigos. Everything is here for a perfect holiday, even in winter.

Important information is that a 500m long sandy beach is currently under construction and it will be completed by next year. Thus currently it is not always possible to swim in the ocean in Golf del Sur, depending on the construction process. However, there are a vast number of other beaches on Tenerife, and it is even worth going to a different beach each day!
